Project ARCA is organized by Quarts Foundation together with Moscow Museum of Modern Art and dedicated to the study of street and public art. By now, the project includes three murals created by Russian street artists Ivan Ninety, 0331C and Evgeny Muluk in the archway of the facade of the MMOMA Educational Center.

IVAN NINETY was born in 1990 in Protvino town near Moscow, where he currently lives and works.
He has a degree in a software engineer and graphic designer.
He started his career in 2007 with graffiti drawing and at the same time he had a passion for photography.
Ninety takes part in Russian and foreign festivals, dedicated to street art.
Ivan creates collages, sometimes transferring them to monumental spaces, works with wood and other materials, with found objects, creating assemblages or objects, concern himself with illustration, photography and publishes his own magazines (zines).
Ivan Ninety’s works are held in private collections in Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Israel, Puerto Rico and Australia.

ZHENIA 0331C is a graffiti artist from Moscow. He has a specialized secondary education in speciality «Land surveyor». Zhenya engaged in street art since 2004. Lives and works in Moscow. Zhenya 0331с and Grisha are working together since 2010. They draw on the streets often using unusual tools such as fire, soot or brick chisels. Zhenya 0331с is keen on drawing by means of the fire extinguishers and last year Grisha and Zhenya, with the support of the project Artmossphere, painted three foresides of the factory on the former ZiL territoty (Likhachov Plant) in this technique. Now artists are working closely with stones which were found in the streets, carving graffiti on granite surfaces and creating small sculptures.

EVGENY MULUK is a Russian artist and illustrator, representative of the “street wave” art movement. He was born in Astrakhan in 1988 and began his creative activity in 2005. Now the artist lives and works in St. Petersburg, where he creates graffiti and murals on the walls of abandoned buildings situated in a distance from the city center. The artist’s works can be found in other cities of Russia as well: in Rostov-on-Don, Volgograd, Penza, Astrakhan, Saratov, Balakovo, Khvalynsk, Vyksa. In 2018, with the support of Ruarts Foundation, Evgeny Muluk created a mural “Association” as part of the 29th Kinotavr Russian Film Festival in Sochi. Being a participant of many street art festivals both in Russia and abroad (Art-Ovrag festival of new culture, Saratov, 2013; Place festival of street art, Nizhny Novgorod, 2019, International graffiti festival “Urban giants”, Milan, Italy, 2018 and others), he also took part in many exhibitions in Moscow and St. Petersburg (“Walls Elements”, Central Exhibition Hall “Manege”, 2018; “Just Stand, Just Fall!”, Street Art Museum, 2019).
Creating his works, he often relies on improvisation and spontaneity, so that he manages to create lively and emotional works.
