This two-volumed book is an attempt to collect and summarize a two-year term programme "Space extension: art practices in the urban environment", launched in February of 2015 by the V-A-C foundation.

This programme was dedicated to the research of the public art and it's peculiarities as an art practice. It was also aimed to outline it's specifics in Moscow.
